The New York Metropolis Horror Movie Competition (NYCHFF) is returning to Manhattan’s LOOK Dine-In Cinema from December 5 to eight, 2024! The pageant will function a curated choice of over 50 horror movies from 13 nations.
The 22nd version of the New York Metropolis Horror Movie Competition kicks off with the world premiere of Dinner with Leatherface, director Mike Kallio’s revealing documentary about Gunnar Hansen, the actor who portrayed Leatherface in The Texas Chain Noticed Bloodbath (1974). In Dinner with Leatherface, buddies, colleagues, filmmakers, and fellow actors share private tales and focus on the dichotomy between the maniacal chainsaw-wielding character Hansen performed on-screen and the very clever, artistic, soft-spoken man he truly was in actual life.
