Magenta Gentle Studios, the theatrical distributor behind Unusual Darling, has acquired home rights from Arclight Movies to Deep Water.

Deep Blue Sea director Renny Harlin dives again into shark-infested waters with the thriller from writers John Kim (Bait) and Pete Bridges.
It follows an eclectic group of worldwide passengers whose aircraft, en route from L.A. to Shanghai, is compelled to make an emergency touchdown in shark-infested waters. The terrified group is compelled to work collectively and overcome their variations in the event that they hope to flee their sinking aircraft and the frenzy of sharks drawn to the wreckage.

Yari — a producer whose credit embrace Crash, The Illusionist, and “Yellowstone” — launched Magenta Gentle Studios with the objective of manufacturing and distributing high quality unbiased movies to the theatrical market. Unusual Darling was the enterprise’s first acquisition.
