Blumhouse’s M3GAN franchise will develop with the upcoming sequel in addition to a by-product film titled SOULM8TE, which is being directed by Kate Dolan (You Are Not My Mom).
SOULM8TE is being billed as a ’90s-style erotic thriller with a “new technological twist,” and it’s coming to theaters on January 2, 2026 – simply six months after M3GAN’s return.
